All of these versions do work in my Ubuntu Mate 20.04 system without a problem. I also added the official Inkscape PPA and installed v1.1.2 from the PPA deb but the desktop still crashed and restarted. I have tried the appimage in versions 1.0.2, 1.1.1 and 1.1.2. I also tried exporting from different tabs Page, Drawing and Selection without success. Thanks for the reply but unfortunately the Mate desktop still crashes.
